| MAIL ORDERS |
| Simply fill your online shopping cart with the items you wish to purchase, and when checking out indicate that you wish to mail your payment to us. You will presented with an invoice suitable for printing. Print two copies, one for your records and one to mail to us with your payment/payment information. For quick service use your credit card, money order, or cashier's check. Orders paid by personal check will be held pending check clearance. $15 charge on all returned checks. |
| BACKORDERS |
| If you order a part that is on backorder and do not cancel the backorder, but return or refuse the part, you will be responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees on the returned item. |
| MAILED PERSONAL CHECKS |
| To use a personal or company check on prepaid orders, the name and address of bank and maker as well as check number must be printed on the check. Only first party checks will be accepted. All orders paid by personal or company check are held pending check clearance. $15 charge on all returned checks. No COD orders are accepted. |
| RETURNS |
| It is our goal to provide you with only the highest quality parts available; However, if you should you need to return any item for any reason, please contact us at our office within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization number and instructions. Dearborn Classics will not accept returned items without prior approval and return authorization number. Customer will pay freight on all return orders as well as a 20% restocking fee. |
| PARTS GUARANTEE |
| All new and reproduction parts are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from the date of receipt. Liability of Dearborn Classics is limited to replacement or refund of defective parts. If you are not satisfied with a product and would like to make an exchange or return for refund, we ask that this be done within 30 days of receipt of goods. No returns after 30 days. Returns can not be accepted without prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will pay freight on all return orders. Invoice must accompany return. Dearborn Classics will refund shipping charges if at fault. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Items which have been installed, painted, altered or damaged in any form are not returnable. Any and all literature is non-returnable due to the nature of this item. If you are not satisfied with an item you will receive full refund or exchange for parts only. |

| Dearborn Classics accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express/Optima, and Discover charge cards for your convenience. When placing your order be sure to indicate cardholder's name, address, home phone, business phone, credit card number and expiration date. Minimum charge card order is $20.00. |
| FedEx SHIPMENTS |
| To use FedEx delivery service, we need a complete physical street address. FedEx can not deliver to a P.O. Box. FedEx will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning the item to Dearborn Classics. If no one is available to accept the merchandise, FedEx will leave a card to notify that an attempt was made to deliver. If you receive one of these cards, please notify FedEx immediately to insure receipt of your order. Proper delivery of your shipment is the responsibility of the carrier |
| SALES TAX |
| As an Oregon Corporation, all orders are exempt from sales tax. Due to changes in regulation, sales tax status is subject to change at any time. |
| DAMAGE CLAIMS |
| Always check the merchandise in the presence of the person delivering the package. should any damage occur, immediately notify FedEx or the freight company delivering the merchandise so that all steps will be taken to insure a prompt replacement of any damaged good. Notify Dearborn Classics within 48 hours of receipt for instructions on returning damaged goods. |
| ALASKA AND HAWAII |
| All Alaskan and Hawaiian orders are shipped via FedEx second day air delivery whenever possible. All orders must be prepaid with credit card, money order or check. No COD orders are accepted. FedEx rates depend on the merchandise being ordered. Please contact us to determine appropriate shipping rates. |
| SHORTAGES |
| Always check the contents of your delivery within 48 hours of receipt of parts to assure all parts that were ordered were received. If you are missing any items be sure to check for backorder notice before contacting our offices. If a shortage has occurred, please write us or call and give a specific description of the missing item and have all invoice and all customer information available. |
| PREPAID DISCOUNTS |
| Prepaid orders of $500.00 or more paid by cashier's check or money order, personal check or credit card order receive a 5% discount off of the total of the merchandise purchased (Must exceed $500.00 after discount). Prepaid orders of $1,000.00 or more paid by cashier's check or money order, personal check, or credit card receive a discount of 10% off of the total merchandise (Must exceed $1,000. after discount). All limited supply (N.O.S.), sale items or special order parts do not qualify for discount. Volume discounts does not apply to our kit packages. |
| MINIMUM ORDER |
| A minimum of $20.00 is required on all orders. |
| TRUCK FREIGHT |
| Some products in this catalog are too large for FedEx, such as body panels, and engines. Truck freight charges must be prepaid in advance before shipment. Online orders will reflect any oversize/overweight shipping fees at the time of checkout (they are not reflected in the shopping cart), but these fees are subject to change without notice and may be adjusted. All truck shipments are a minimum of $75.00 for out of state truck shipments. |
| FOREIGN, CANADIAN, AND APO/FPO ORDERS |
| Foreign customers please request information on overseas shipments, current prices, payment and most economical shipping. Dearborn Classics ships foreign orders via FedEx or Air Parcel Post. Please be sure to request which method you prefer. No C.O.D. orders are shipped to Canada. Charge card orders are the easiest and most efficient method of payment. Please check locally for estimated freight change before ordering. All duties and freight charges are paid by customer. FPO/APO cutomers please provide full address and phone number if possible with your order. All FPO/APO orders must be prepaid including freight fee. APO/FPO orders are shipped via parcel post. |
